We have not received coupons for payment of first quarter fees, please remit them to Schoo Management in two checks. One made out to Province Park Condo Association in the amount of $550.00 and one for Province Park Homeowners Association in the amount of $328.00 If people want to wait until the coupons come out there will not be a late fee charged if it is after the extension date.

Open Club House on Wednesdays
Wednesdays the club house will be open for your use from 1-4 p.m.
The dates are Wed. 11/19, 11/26, 12/3, and 12/17. It will not be open 12/10. After the first of the year, bridge, Rummikub and other games will be organized and played. Come join the fun! Play cards, bring a game, invite friends to join you.
The Lending Library featuring books, DVD’s and VHS tapes will be available for lending and drop off.
Water Aerobics class is M-F at 9 a.m. at the pool. No experience is necessary. A $1 donation
would be appreciated or $20 for the season.
Pickleball is being played TU and TH at 9 a.m. at the newer tennis courts by the cart barn. We have racquets to loan out, balls and nets. A $1 donation would be appreciated or $20 for the season. Learn while you play! You can learn as quickly as one lesson!
Community Wide Yard Sale
Cindy Kopacz is seeking support for a Community Wide Yard sale February 2015. There will be a $5 fee to register your home/condo for the sale. This will cover the cost of the ad and any other expenses. We need to know if you are interested in being a part of the sale. Please email Cindy at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in having a sale. If there is not enough interest, the sale will be cancelled for this season. Province Park Condo Association is a neighborhood within Province Park Community. We are the Garden Homes and the Coach Homes.
The Province Park Condo Association is responsible for the landscaping, irrigation, pest control, garbage pickup, and outside building maintenance.
